COVID-19 Safety Protocol

In response to COVID-19 we are improving and expanding our cleaning procedures. We will ensure we are matching or exceeding all CDC and local government regulations, our priority is the safety of our customers and team members. As such we have implemented the following policies & procedures.

Our Fleet

During this time, our maintenance & cleaning staff have been engaged in a deep cleaning of our entire fleet, including disinfection of all interior hard surfaces & all seats with an effective, high grade disinfectant and multipurpose cleaner, while it is our general practice to thoroughly clean our buses before each trip, we are enhancing our cleaning efforts in our most frequently used areas such as handrails, door handles, overhead bins and restrooms, and on all hard surfaces such as trays and tables, window shades, and armrests.

All motorcoaches will be equipped with disinfectants & clean towels, so the driver can wipe down hard surfaces, such as handrails, armrests, parcel racks, and restroom surfaces, prior to reboarding the motorcoach.

While on board, all efforts will be made to allow as much fresh air as possible into the bus.

To ensure the safety of our clients & drivers, a mask must be worn by the driver & passengers at all times when directly engaging with each other. Drivers will be provided with masks & gloves. Passengers will need to provide their own mask. Drivers & passengers should also maintain proper social awareness whenever possible. Hand sanitizer will be provided near the front of the bus to use upon boarding the bus.

We will continue to closely monitor CDC guidelines in regards to safety and will update you periodically as new details become available.
